HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR ONLINE RETAIL STORE.
It will be more convenient for you if you register before you start, (but if you prefer, there is an opportunity to register later when you have decided what you want to order.)
HOW TO REGISTER FOR A RETAIL ACCOUNT
1) At the top right of any page, click on the link "register a retail account". This will open the Registration Form or use this link Retail Registration Form
2) When you have entered all your details, click on "submit".
- A page will open saying "Thank you for registering with us"
- Your details will be stored from then on and you should never need to register again.
- You can browse the website using the buttons in the navigation bar at the top of each page.
HOW TO ORDER
1) You must be registered and logged in to make an order.
2) You can log in by clicking on the boxes on the top right of your screen and entering your username and password, then click "Go". This will take you to the Home Page.
3) Click on "Products" at the top of the page. This will take you to the Ranges Page.
- Click on the link underneath the text you want - (such as "Greetings Cards" in the bottom of the Bill Snail section).
- This will open the page containing your chosen range. Scroll down to see all the different designs.
- If you want a closer look at any card, click on the small image on the right and it will appear larger in the left hand box.
- The details above will change to describe the highlighted card.
- If you move the cursor over the left hand box, it will magnify any area you need to see even more closely.
4) To order, scroll up. Add the quantity you want and click the "add to cart" box.
5) You will see the product is added to your basket on the right.
6) When you have added all you want to your basket, you can click on the link "Shopping Cart: now in your cart" .
7) "Your Basket" will open. Click on "check out".
8) When you have all you want added to your basket, click on "Check out".
- If you are not logged in already, the "Log In" page will open.
- If you have never registered before. Click on the "New User Registration" link, fill in the form which opens and click "submit" - Once you have clicked submit, the home page will open.
- Click on "Shopping Cart" top right and enter your username and password in the boxes. click "Go".
- "Your Basket" will open. Click on "check out".
HOW TO CHECK OUT
1) In "Check out" you will find your order. Scroll down and check "Total", then continue on down to fill in the Billing Form:
THE BILLING FORM
1) Fill in all the * details needed on the Billing form and place a tick in the small box if the delivery address is to be the same as the billing address, (it will then fill in automatically).
2) If you wish to send your order elsewhere, add the delivery address in the spaces provided below.
3)To claim your special offer, add your coupon code if you have one.
4) Click "Submit"
ON THE NEXT PAGE
1) Check the order info, check billing and shipping details
2) click on "Process Payment"
HOW TO PAY
1) To pay by check please contact us.
2) To pay online. You may pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal.
- To pay by debit/credit card, click on "how to pay if you do not have a PayPal account", fill in your payment details and follow their instructions.
- To pay via PayPal follow the PayPal instructions.
4) You will receive an email to confirm your order.
