Terms and Conditions for Afiki Designs Retail Customers.
- There is no minimum order.
- Afiki Designs will not substitute anything in your order, you will be informed if your order cannot be met and choices given.
- Afiki Designs reserves the right to alter prices or withdraw products without prior notice.
Returns and Refunds
- Afiki Designs are happy to replace or refund any purchase that does not satisfy you. Please contact us via our contact form for further details.
- Damaged goods or mistakes in the order must be reported to Afiki Designs within 7 days.
- Afiki Designs has made every effort to display the true colours of designs. However some may appear slightly different when printed. Please take this into consideration before you order.
Postage
- Postage is made through Royal Mail.
- Your order is usually shipped in 48 hours of payment being received (Monday to Friday).
- All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but you need to allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.
- Afiki Designs cannot be held accountable for any wrong or delayed deliveries by Royal Mail.
- We reserve the right to use another carrier if we judge it to be a more economical route.
Privacy Policy
- Afiki Designs is committed to protecting your privacy.
- We do not share or sell any of the information gathered herein.
- Your information is used for the sole purpose of meeting your order.
- We take every precaution to keep all your information safe and secure.
Payment
- You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, PayPal Account, eCheque or Personal Cheque.
- When paying by eCheque or Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched untill eCheque or Personal Cheque is cleared.
